Mammoth Mountain – October 2011
Snowman here with you, I met Pat from PM Gear about 4 years ago. Some dude was knocking at my door and I had no idea who the heck it was.
It was Mr PM gear.com. He said LOUDLY “are you the Snowman?” I said ya! He said is this mammoth snowman.com? I said yes.
He said well here are a free pair of skis…the snowman was like WOW that is EPIC. Thank you very much… ha ha
He said just go rip it up and let everyone know how you like them. Wow I took em out and rode laps and chair 22, 23 and G2. No problem these skis rip everything on the hill.
From Heavy Powder to Light Powder from Hard pack to ice I never had to worry about control and a great feeling under my feet. Some good times for a 40 year old fart for sure!
I liked them so much that he comes back every year with some new kind of sticks to go out and ride. When I got a pair of the Lhasa Powder 186 skis, I got a big smile on my face….
When I got on them I had never had so much fun skiing in powder in my life. After I put these sticks on my smile never seems to go away. … Those 186′s will be riding powder for years up here on good old Mammoth Mountain.
