Weather conditions for today we expect highs in the 30’s with moderate winds into the afternoon hours.
Snowfall amounts could add up to 1-3 inches by the closing bell today with less then an inch expected tonight.
On Tuesday there will be more snow showers with less then 1/2 inch expected and highs again in the 30s.
By Wednesday we clear out and we start to get into a warming trend, highs will get into the 40s under clear skies. Looking at Friday into the weekend you can expect more clear skies and highs into the 50s. Make plans to come up for some great spring skiing and snowboarding
Snow conditions this week will start out as dust on crust, if we get a few inches stick to the lower groomers for some freshies mixed in with the hard pack. Once we get to Wednesday the nice soft spring snow will return by 10AM.
We have new hours of operation, lifts will run from 7:30 AM to 3 PM now. If you like the firm carvable groomers get out at 7:30 AM.
For the softer snow follow the sun by starting out on the runs off of chair 2. Then work over to the chair 1 area and then up to the face of 3 and then the Cornice Bowl.
Lifts running this week (weather permitting) will be chairs 1, 2, 3, 6, 11, 23 and G1 and G2. More lifts will run over the weekend like 12, 13, 14 and chair 5.
There is still a base of 140-290+ inches out on the hill. Starting Monday lifts hours will be from 7:30 AM until 3 PM.
